Jeff Laughlin has been involved in the technology and media industries in Toronto, Canada since the early 1990's. As a developer Jeff has ensured that his knowledge of the industry is current and has a keen interest in the latest technologies.

Recently, in his role as the Technical Manager for a major Canadian Television and Entertainment company, Jeff led a team focussed on building out some of Canada's most advanced sites including some of the industry's most kid-safe destinations. He has led the migration and upgrade of the entire hosting and development environment leading to direct improvements in uptime and reliability.

With a keen interest in performance and optimization Jeff brings a focus on measurable improvements in site findability and scalability. As part of his commitment to drive the business forward he introduced SEO and performance optimization projects and brought on staff to dedicate to the initiative. After initial positive success a culture focussed on optimization has taken hold at the company and has played an important role in new site launches and updates to existing sites.
